    STOP HUNGER

    NOW

    Hosted by Harmony UMC

    Oct. 25th from 9am to 1pm

Our goal is to pack 30,000 meals at a cost of .29 cents per meal.
Meals go to locations in need of food
(often that is outside the United States
    but during catastrophes they
    are used in the US).
Most often the meals are the only ones
    some of these individuals/children
    get all day and
they are filled with dried vegetables,
    rice, protein powder and vitamins.

We urgently need to raise $8,700 in order to host the event and package the meals. We also need 100+ volunteers on the day of the event in order to complete our goal in 4 hours. If you have not joined us in the years past please plan to be a part this year.

For more information or to sign up for the event,
    contact Joann Ballard at 540-338-3007
    or email at jballard1902@gmail.com
